How do I place an order?
Don't worry, placing an order with us is a cakewalk.
Step 1: Browse the products you are interested in through our menu at the top or click the search icon (top right corner) and enter a keyword to search for the item you are looking for.
Step 2: Once you’ve found the item and selected any variants such as size or colour (if applicable) simply click “Add to cart” or “Buy with PayPal” for express checkout.
Step 3: If you clicked “Add to cart”, your items will be safely stored in your cart while you keep shopping.
Step 4: Once you’re ready to complete your purchase click on the shopping bag icon (top right corner) to be redirected to your cart, where the items you’ve selected will be waiting.
Step 5: Confirm your order and click “Check out” or “PayPal”.
Step 6: Enter your billing and shipping information and click “Continue to shipping”.
Step 7: Confirm your contact information and address and pick a shipping method. Click “Continue to payment”.
Step 8: Pick a payment method, follow through with the required payment information and you’re all set!
Step 9: Enjoy your fresh gear.
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, followed by an invoice and more useful information regarding your order.
What size should I go for?
To ensure the best possible fit, you’ll find our Size Guide recommendations tab in the product page you are interested in.
If you’re still unsure about which size to pick, take a look at our Size Guide page or get in touch with our Customer Support team and we’ll answer any questions you might have.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Bank Transfer and MB WAY.
At OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. the security of your personal information is a top priority. We use the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology, compliant with certified Level 1 PCI DSS. This means that our store is equipped with data encryption tools, protection of payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools and constant security monitoring.
We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security against fraud, ensuring that your personal information, such as your contact information, shipping & billing information and payment information, is confidential, safe and protected.
How much will I have to pay in Tax and Duties?
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. If any import charges occur, they are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over said charges, as these vary according to each country's customs policies. For this reason, we recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions related to customs charges.
Customs and Import charges outside of EU.
OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. operates as a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) meaning that we claim all responsibility and risks involved in delivering the goods to a destination. Once the goods arrive at the destination, the buyer becomes responsible for paying import duties and further transport costs.
Additionally, the customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. due to unpaid customs charges, ignored or unseen contacts from your customs office or chosen carrier. In such occurrence, postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from approved refunds.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver our goods to most countries in the world. However, if your country is not available in the list of shipping destinations at the checkout process page, it means that we, unfortunately, are not yet able to deliver to your country.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Our shipping and handling charges are based on the number of items in the order, total order value and the recipient's address.
You can check the shipping costs by adding your products to your cart and going through the checkout process.
*We are currently offering free delivery on orders over €100.

Can I make changes to or cancel an existing order?
Once you've placed an order, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes additions, cancelations or amendments. Our order processing systems are automated, for this reason we highly recommend that you review your cart before checking out.

Can i make a return or an exchange?
You can return your items within 15 days of receiving them. To apply for a return the following terms and conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be unworn, bearing all original labels and in its original purchase condition.
- Item(s) purchased as a set, deal packages, or free gift with purchase must be returned as a set.
- Item(s) on sale are only eligible for store credit or exchanges unless the item(s) received are faulty.
- Costs associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. unless free returns are eligible and apply to your particular situation.
- Item(s) exchanges are subject to product availability at time of receipt of return order.
- Custom items are not subject for return.
To qualify for a return, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, stating your request and reasoning for return, and we'll gladly help you out.
Will I receive a full refund?
We evaluate full refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to qualify for a full refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order or in the form of store credit, depending on the situation. Shipping costs associated with the return of items will not be refunded unless your item(s) are faulty or further special conditions apply.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an order confirmation email detailing the shipping details and the tracking number that you can use to track the status of your parcel.
We aim to dispatch all orders within a couple of business days. However, given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the delivery of your order may or may not be delayed. Estimated delivery times initiate from the date of dispatch and are to be used as a an estimation only. Furthermore, OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. is not responsible for any delays caused by the recipient's customs clearance processes.
I've received a faulty item, what now?
We're really sorry that you've received a faulty item.
Please get in touch with our Customer Support team as soon as possible and we'll gladly help you exchange or return the item.
I'm missing an item from my order, what now?
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Support team, we recommend checking the following:
- We may have sent your items in separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
- The item(s) you ordered may have been out of stock. Please check your emails to see if we've sent you an email about this issue.
- If you've placed more than one order to the same address within a few days of each other, your orders may have been combined and split across multiple parcels.
If you are missing an item and none of the cases above apply to your situation, please get in touch with our Customer Support team within 30 days of your order being delivered.
What if an item from my order is out of stock?
In the unlikely event an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will get in touch with you and issue you a full refund for that item(s).
Product warranty.
OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. guarantees its products 2 Year Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the product for the original owner only. Unauthorized resales void any manufacturer warranties. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects, OCTANE MOTOWEAR CO. repairs or replaces the item with an equivalent item at own discretion.
To make a warranty claim, please get in touch with our Customer Support team in order to receive instructions on how to return the faulty item(s) . You must submit the original sales receipt in order to qualify for a warranty claim.
The 2 Year Warranty does not cover:
- Crash & accident damages.
- Normal wear & tear damages (such as sun damage, fading or weakening from continuously rubbing on the motorcycle, general deterioration of materials and fabrics).
- Improper use and maintenance of the garments (see Care Instructions).
- Any form of alteration and modification of the product.
- Sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors, structure, and material over time.
- User's subjective assessments.
No matter how well you take care of your garments, they will eventually begin to show signs of age and wear. We recommend replacing your gear once its integrity has been compromised.
